90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Majesco Entertainment (“Company”) warrants to the original consumer that this game disc/cartridge from Company shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during this 90-day warranty period, Company will repair or replace the game disc/cartridge at its option free of charge. This warranty shall not apply if the game disc/cartridge has been damaged by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, modification, tampering or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

TO RECEIVE THIS WARRANTY SERVICE AND CONTACT PRODUCT SUPPORT:
Please return the product along with a copy of the original sales receipt, showing the date of purchase, a brief description of the difficulty you are experiencing, and your name, address and phone number to: 5850 Opus Parkway, STE 250, Minnetonka, MN 55343. If the product was damaged through misuse or accident, this 90-day warranty is rendered void. We strongly recommend that you send your product using a traceable delivery method. Company is not responsible for products not in its possession.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES AND LICENSEES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
The provisions of this warranty are valid in the United States and Canada only. Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions of consequential or incidental damage, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Company’s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law
